Account Manager - What will you do?

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely processing of customer payments and resolving issues as needed.
- Coach and mentor team on effective customer service and collection operations.
- Actively partner with internal department heads to solve problems and improve our processes.
- Create and support an environment where ideas from team members are recognized and transformed to foster an environment of constant improvement.
- Support a positive work culture.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-Years experience in customer support/service-related role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to quickly and efficiently solve problems
- Must be able to work positively with other team members.
